Constant-Velocity Joint (CV Joint)
Constant-Velocity Joint or JV joint is a particular type of universal joint that is especially designed to create a smooth transfer of torque from the driven shaft to the driving shaft without any cyclic fluctuation between the speed of its input and output shaft. Both on front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive vehicles, JV joint allows the front axle to turn at an invariable speed at different angles when the vehicle turns.
